1 Acceptance of Terms
By creating a TableTrack account, accessing our admin dashboards, or utilizing our digital QR menus, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all usage of our services.
2 Service Scope
TableTrack provides cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools for restaurant menu management, POS ordering, table tracking, kitchen KOT displays, and sales analytics reporting.
3 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your admin login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4 Billing & Fees
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selected package plan. All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.
5 Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms of service, engage in fraudulent transactions, or abuse our server infrastructure.
6 Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
